Job Description Five days work

Responsibilities:

- Perform reception duties including handling phone calls, greeting/ serving clients
- Handle incoming/ outgoing mails, couriers, fax, etc.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Filings and ad hoc duties as required
- Be independent and presentable
- Immediate Available is highly preferable, Start ASAP
- Experience in customer service is an advantage
- Greeting guests and customers
- Answering customer’s enquiries & complaints
Qualifications Requirements :

- good command of written & spoken English
- Can understand or speak Cantonese is a plus
- Excellent telephone manner, mature and with pleasant personality
- Familiar with MS Office applications
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility and hardworking
Compensation $8k-$15k (with medical benefits)
