JOB PURPOSE
The Hub Crew helps ensure hub services and standards are met by providing friendly and personalized attention to each customer.
KEY RESULT AREAS
1. Develops satisfied customers all the time.
•Welcomes and connects with every customer.
•Enthusiastically receives and process requests for membership from customers.
•Accurately manage the scheduling system to ensure that no schedules overlap.
•Ensures that customers are accurately informed of all hub services and procedures
•Responds to customers and thanks every customer.
2. Contributes in Hub Profitability
•Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
•Contributes to hub goals for increasing utilization rate.
3. Maintains Quality Hub Operations
•Follows all guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual to create and maintain the safest environment for the hub team and customers.
•Performs tasks in accordance with the shift plan.
•Ensures cleanliness of the Service Hub at all times.
•Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all customer and team members.
4. Takes Responsibility To Learn All Aspects of the Hub Crew Position
•Is responsible for self-initiated learning.
•Carry out other duties as appropriate and within their competence as determined by the Team Lead/Hub Manager from time to time.

| Qualifications |
Must have finished at least second year college
Six months to one year customer service experience
Preference will be given to those who have dependent’s visa or resident visa.
