| Job Description |
Job Purpose: The Hub Crew helps ensure hub services and standards are met by providing friendly and personalized attention to each customer.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develops satisfied customers all the time.
Welcomes and connects with every customer.
Enthusiastically receives and process requests for membership from customers.
Accurately manage the scheduling system to ensure that no schedules overlap.
Ensures that customers are accurately informed of all hub services and procedures
Responds to customers and thanks every customer.
2.Contributes to Financial Growth.
Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
Contributes to hub goals for increasing utilization rate.
3.Maintains Quality Hub Operations
Follows all guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual to create and maintain the safest environment for the hub team and customers.
Performs tasks in accordance with the shift plan.
Presents oneself professionally and demonstrates clear communication with all customer and team members.
4.Develops Hub Team
May assist Hub Manager in training and developing hub team to demonstrate all Abot Tanaw customer service standards and operating standards
5.Takes Responsibility To Learn All Aspects of the Team Lead Position
Is responsible for self-initiated learning.
Carry out other duties as appropriate and within their competence as determined by the Team Lead/Hub Manager from time to time.

| Qualifications |
Education: Graduate of a four-year course
Experience: Six months to one year customer service experience
|
