| Job Description |
Job Purpose: The Hub Team Lead is responsible for ensuring that the hub is sufficiently manned and assists the Hub Manager in executing hub operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develops satisfied customers all the time.
Welcomes and connects with every customer.
Responds to customers and thanks every customer.
Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community
2.Contributes to Financial Growth.
Follows cash handling procedures and cash register policies.
Contributes to hub goals for increasing utilization rate.
3.Maintains Quality Hub Operations
Creates shift plans.
Assigns and directs Hub Crews to various work stations to reduce bottlenecks and ensure speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs are met.
Follows all guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual to create and maintain the safest environment for the hub team and customers.
Performs special projects to assist in hub operations.
May perform Hub Crew tasks.
4.Develops Hub Team
May assist Hub Manager in training and developing hub team to demonstrate all Abot Tanaw customer service standards and operating standards
5.Takes Responsibility To Learn All Aspects of the Team Lead Position
Is responsible for self-initiated learning.
Assist Hub Manager in interviews and performance reviews
Takes responsibility of other tasks as maybe assigned by Hub Manager.

| Qualifications |
Required Experience and Skills:
Education: Graduate of a four-year course
Experience: At least three years customer service experience, with one year supervisory experience
|
