| Job Description |
Job Purpose: The Hub Manager is responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the hub.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Develops satisfied customers all the time.
Welcomes and connects with every customer.
Responds to customers and thanks every customer.
Solicits customer feedback to understand customer needs and the needs of the local community
2.Contributes to Financial Growth.
Contributes toward hub profitability by seeking opportunities to increase utilization rate and manage operational expenses.
Maintains daily, weekly and monthly utilization and financial reports.
Ensures all cash handling and cash register function are performed in an accurate and consistent manner.
3.Maintains Quality Hub Operations
Ensures all company policies, hub policies and procedures are communicated effectively to Hub Team Lead and Hub Crews and maintained and followed in a consistent manner.
Follows all guidelines outlined in the Operations Manual to create and maintain the safest environment for the hub team and customers.
Organizes work throughout the hub in a manner that facilitates efficient customer service and profitable operation.
Ensures hub appearance, equipment, and facilities are maintained in a consistent manner.
Maintains consistent speed of service to the customer by ensuring all hub staffing requirements.
4.Develops Hub Team
Trains and develops hub team to demonstrate all Abot Tanaw customer service standards and operating standards
Expects and encourages full participation of hub team in creating hub goals and developing plans. Determines daily and weekly staffing requirements, recruits, conducts interviews, makes hiring and termination recommendations.
Resolves hub team’s complaints and concerns, provides ongoing performance feedback, and counsels hub team when necessary.
Must be updated on employment laws and regulations in his area of operation. |

| Qualifications |
Education: Graduate of a four-year course
Experience: At least five years customer service experience, with two years supervisory experience
|
