Ingredients:

1 kilong litsong baboy
1 ulong bawang
1-1/2 tasang sarsa ng litson ( may nabibiling nakabote )
1/2 dahon laurel
2 tangkay ng oregano
4 na kutasarang pulang asukal
mga pamintang buo
asin

 

Cooking Instructions:

Linisin munang mabuti ang kaldero o paglulutuan sa litson.Pagkaraan ay paghaluing lahat ang mga sangkap sa paglulutuan. Isalang sa apoy at pabayaang naksalang sa loob ng 30 minuto.

Pagkalipas ng tagal na ito, maaring hanguin na ang litson at idulot sa hapag kainan
