Nilagang beef (baka) Recipe Ingredients: 1/2 beef 1 whole cabbage 1 whole repolyo 1/2 string beans/ bagiou beans 1/2 potatos onion peper 1 box beef broth cubes 5c water salt Cooking Instructions: in a presure cooker place 5c of water and let it cook until tender cut the cabbageand repolyo into quarters peal of the potatos slice into 2 cut the beans into 2 parts wash all the veg. and set a side when the beef is done place the potatos, lte it simmer then put the rest of the ingridients |

Spicy Beef Tripes Recipe Ingredients: 4 lbs. beef trife (tuwalya) 1/2 tsp peppercorn 1 pc onion(sliced) 1 pc red bell pepper(strips) 2 pcs sili labuyo (chopped) 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 1 tsp sesame oil 2 pcs century eggs (sliced) 1 tbsp fish sauce(patis) Cooking Instructions: Boil trifes for 1 hour or until tender. Don't make it too soft. Let cool. Then slice into strips. Sautee. Put all other ingredients except century eggs. Stir for 2 minutes. Serving Suggestions: Garnish with the sliced century eggs on top. Serve hot. You can also garnish with roasted garlic. |

Kare-Kare Recipe Ingredients: 1 kl ox tail 2 c string beans cut by 2 inch 2 c eggplant cut by 2 inch 1 pcs banana heart cut vertically into 4 1 head onion chopped finely 1 head garlic chopped finely 1 pc beef broth cube 1 c peanut butter 1/4 t butter/margarine salt and vetsin to taste 1 c asuete seeds soaked in 2 c hot water 2 c water bagoong Cooking Instructions: boil oxtail until tender,drain. set aside including broth heat pan and start saute garlic, onion and beef cube add oxtail, and add broth. add 2 c water, bring to a boil add vegies, cover. season with salt and MSG, add colored asuete jiuce excluding asuete seeds. add peanut butter to thicken. check if vegies are already cook. serve with bagoong. |

Spicy Caldereta Meatballs Recipe Ingredients: 1tbsp Coking oil 1 pc Onion, chopped finely 1 tbsp Garlic,chopped finely 3cups Ground beef 1/2 cup Bread crumbs 1/2 pouch Caldereta (Spicy Sauce) Mix 1 pc Egg, slightly beaten Sauce: 1 tbsp Cooking oil 1 tsp Garlic,crushed 1 pc Onion , Chopped 2 cups Water 1 can Whole tomatoes 2 cubes beef bouillon 1/2 pouch Cldereta (Spicy Sauce) Mix 1 cup Carrot, diced 4 stalks Celery, diced 1pc Green bell pepper, diced 4 tbsp Spring onions , cut 2 packs Flat noodles, cooked Cooking Instructions: To make the meatballs, saut'e garlic and onions in oil, remove and mix with the rest of the meatball ingredients in a bowl. When well mixed, form into small balls. Heat oil and fry meatballs until slightly brown. Set aside. To make the sauce,saut'egarlic and onions in oil or margarine. Add the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and allow to simmer. Add the meatballs gently into the sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Stir once in a while. Add vegetables and cook for another 5 minutes. |

Steak Recipe Ingredients: Beef (round/peirna) 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. pepper oil Cooking Instructions: Marinate beef with worcestershire sauce and a sprinkle of pepper for a couple of hours. Sprinkle Meat with a little bit of pepper prior to grilling. Brush meat and grill with a little bit of oil, so the meat will not stick to the grill. Before turning meat on its other side, brush it with oil also. When grilling do not press meat so hard, it will squeeze out the flavor. Serving Suggestions: Medium Rare/Half done-7mins Well done- 15mins.

Recipe Ingredients: 3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp minced garlic 1/2 c sliced onions 3 to 4 pcs green long chili (sliced) 2 to 3 tbsp vinegar pepper powder, salt to taste 1/2 kilo pork pigue (sliced pahaba) 2 pcs pork kidney(sliced pahaba & cleaned with salt, then water) 1/4 kilo pork liver (sliced pahaba) Cooking Instructions: Put oil and saute garlic and onion Add pork pigue, kidney & liver and stir fry until brown Add pepper, laurel and salt Simmer for 5 mins then taste with vinegar (this should not taste too sour) Add the chili and labanos Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes until cooked. Serve hot Serving Suggestions: 4 to 6 persons Additional Comments: Ideal as "pulutan" also and best as spicy. |
