Ingredients: 1 Fresh Fish 2/3 cup hot water 1 tsp chicken stock 1 tsp sugar 4 Table spoon Light Soy Sauce 4 Table spoon Olive oil (or any oil) Spring Onion strips Ginger strips Cilantro leaves Cooking Instructions: 1. Clean the fish, put in plate, garnish it with ginger strips only, and place in steamer or pot. let the water boil on maximum fire in 10 mins (or until the fish is done, don't overcook). 2. While waiting, put chicken stock, sugar, hot water and soy sauce. mix well until dissolved. 3. when the fish is cooked, remove 80% of accumulated water inside the plate and add the #2 liquid mixture above. 4. Add the Spring Onion strips and cilantro leaves. 5. Heat the oil in a pot in maximum fire until you see smoke started rising (be careful) 6. Lastly, pour the oil all over steamed fish (it will sizzle when you do it)
